Preferred room and flatmate description
Hello i am looking for a flatmate (preferably a girl or a tidy guy) who is young, easy-going, and fun to live with.
A little a bout me:
As a flatmate, i am organised, considerate and fun-loving. I enjoy cooking, travelling, going out, gym, squash, cinema, and reading.
My flatmate will be leaving Hong Kong in December. There will be a room in the flat available from then on. The flat is conveniently located right at the heart of Central, by the esculator to Mid-Levels. It is quite petite but has a very cozy atmosphere. The living room is to be shared between us, and in the room has already got some furniture but you are free to refurnish it as you wished.
The rent has already included the once a week maid service, shared internet and water. Electricity and other household expenses will be shared between us.
