Preferred room and flatmate description

Looking for a shared flat in Kowloon, starting from the first week of January 2010 and renting it for the period of January-December 2010.

I prefer an accommodated place with kitchen and bathroom facilities + a nice single room with furniture for me. Internet connection required.

Preferred location: nearby The HK Polytechnic University.
