Preferred room and flatmate description

Well I'm 21 and just graduated from Durham in England. For around a year I'll be working at Central and your place is ideal!

Little about me if you wanna choose between room-mates. I'm very clean except when it comes to washing dishes, I have no objections to house parties as long as i don't have work the next day! Also I'm Australian Chinese but I have never lived in Australia apart from when I was born for about 2 years. I spent the last 5-6 years of my life in England and 10 years prior to that in Singapore. Somewhere in between I lived in Spain too.
