Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi! I'm Chinese Canadian and just came to Hong Kong for a job.

I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. I do have some experience renting a place during my University years, so I know all the do's and don'ts. I'm a clean and quiet person in general, however, I don't mind parties at all as long as I don't have to work on the next day. Besides, you can always count me in for that =)

For now I am looking to stay for a few months starting in mid Nov approximately. I will most likely stay for a longer period of time if I plan to stay in HK for good.

I need the room to be equipped with furnitures: bed, desk, chair and a closet. And most importantly, your place must be close to a subway (MTR) station as that is the only means of transportation I know how to use so far.
